Job Title: Product Manager Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) The Opportunity: We are hiring Product Managers to own product lines within our LOS platform end-to-end. In this role, you will gather requirements directly from credit union clients, write user stories, run sprints with your engineering pod, coordinate vendor integrations, and ship features that go live for real users. Beyond product lines, you will own client implementations —taking a credit union implementation end-to-end from initial requirement gathering through go-live. We rotate implementations across the team so everyone builds the muscle of running full client delivery, not just managing a feature backlog. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role . You won't be writing strategy decks—you’ll be in the details: on client calls understanding underwriter decisions, reviewing API specs with vendors, and making scope tradeoffs during sprint planning with engineers. A Typical Week Looks Like: Client Engagement: 2–3 calls with US credit union stakeholders (CXOs, managers, underwriters). Cross-Border Bridge: Act as the strategic bridge between our US business team and India engineering team. Product Documentation: Writing PRFAQs, stories, and acceptance criteria for upcoming sprint cycles. Agile Execution: Sprint ceremonies with your engineering pod (planning, grooming, retrospectives). Vendor Operations: Coordinating with 2–3 vendor integration teams (API specs, test data, certification). Alignment: Ensuring cross-organizational alignment for delivery across your product line and client implementations. What You’ll Ship in Your First 6 Months: Own a product line end-to-end. Own a client implementation from requirements through go-live. Ship features that go live in production for real credit union users. Manage 3–5 vendor integrations through to QA sign-off. Run your pod's sprint cycle independently. Contribute at least one platform-level improvement that benefits all clients. What We’re Looking For: Action-Oriented & First-Principles Thinker: You ship fast, but you think deeply before you build. AI-Native: You use AI tools daily to multiply your output (specs, research, decisions). Client-Facing Comfort: Comfortable working directly with clients (US time-zone overlap required—expect 2–3 late evening calls per week). Clear Communication: Excellent at writing PRFAQs, story documents, and acceptance criteria. Agile Pod Ownership: Ability to manage an engineering pod’s backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization. Lending Domain Understanding: Familiar with lending workflows (origination, decisioning, underwriting, funding). Technical Integration Navigation: Able to read API docs, coordinate with external teams, and unblock engineers. Qualifications & Requirements Required: 3–5 years total experience with at least 2 years in Product Management . Domain experience in Lending, Banking, or FinTech . Experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile environment. Active daily use of AI tools in PM work (research, writing, analysis, decision-making). Education: B.Tech / B.E. required (MBA preferred). Preferred / Bonus: Familiarity with Claude Code to leverage AI and work at 10x productivity. US lending industry experience (especially indirect auto lending, dealer-lender workflows, RouteOne, Dealertrack). US home equity / HELOC product experience. Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), core banking integrations (Jack Henry, Fiserv, Corelation), credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian), or decision/business rules engines.
