ROLE: Credit Process Associate<Br>INDUSTRY TYPE: NBFC<Br>DEPARTMENT: Credit / Risk Management<Br>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time, Permanent<Br>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY<Br>? Responsible for underwriting secured loan against property proposals.<Br>? Follow the laid down credit policies & procedures.<Br>? Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness.<Br>? Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits.<Br>? Training of credit policy to the sales team.<Br>? Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its<Br>impact on loan performance during the loan tenure.<Br>? Supervise Credit Processing Associates and provide guidance<Br>? Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure SLAs are met.<Br>? Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.<Br>? Ability to follow deviation matrix and foster in decision making<Br>QUALIFICATIONS<Br>? Min 1 year of work exp in Credit Appraisal, Credit underwriting for LAP.
