Building and managing the Micro Loan Against Property (secured) product. Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of 25 Lakhs. <Br>? Responsible for collections of the cases that are sourced. <Br>? Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments <Br>(Operations and Credit) for completion. <Br>? Sourcing of customers through DSA, Connector and Open Market Channels. <Br>? Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. <Br>? Maintaining strong relationships with clients. <Br>? Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base. <Br>? Planning & execution of market promotional activities.<Br><Br>Have to travel do direct, DSA marketing - to acheive business 20 Lacs .
