<div><div>ServiceNow Software Engineer </div><div>Job Summary. </div><div>We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ÏTSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, Employee Centre. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create and manage workflows, FlowDesinger and ETL, Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors, tranformation </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles </li></ul></div><div>Required Skills & Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations </li></ul></div><div>(server-side and client-side) </div><div><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc) </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with other Application would be plus like ITOM, HRSD. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments </li></ul></div><div>referred Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>ServiceNow certifications such as: </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Certified System Administrator (CSA) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Certified Application Developer (CAD) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Module-specific certifications (CSM, ITSM, MCO etc.) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework) </li></ul></div><div>Soft Skills </div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management skills </li></ul></div><div>Education </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Min 3+ Years of experience in Servicenow </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Nice to Have </div><div><ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms (CSM, MCO, APO ) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of ITIL processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience supporting global enterprise environments </li></ul></div></div> Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
