<div>MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE </div><div> </div><ul><li>Responsible for development & shaping of different therapy areas, product cycle management, need assessment for new product launch and positioning, team and talent development, data and concept generation, planning, and execution of medico- marketing activities, key opinion leader management and ensuring business compliance.</li></ul><div></div><div>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div>Strategy <ul><li>Lead Medical Affairs activities in assigned territory</li><li>Consolidate and communicate trends, market insights, and unmet needs identified in the field</li></ul>Operations<ul><li>Positively impact external perceptions and knowledge regarding TA and product science</li><li>Maintain and demonstrate comprehensive and in-depth scientific TA knowledge when executing assigned tactics</li><li>Ensure operational excellence – medical initiatives</li><li>Training to internal team – Onboarding, induction, refresher</li></ul>Data generation & dissemination<ul><li>Provide Local input & coordinate in providing support for studies & publications</li><li>Provide briefing to Speaker HCPs for Medical Education Program</li><li>Represent company at Medical Education events, programs, meetings</li></ul>Stakeholder engagement<ul><li>Develop and execute KOL engagement plans</li><li>Identify and engage new KOLs</li><li>Identify and interact with influential members of the Medical community (HCPs/KOLs) within assigned territory and TA</li></ul> </div><div>QUALIFICATIONS </div><div> </div><div>Minimum EducationMD - Pharmacology and MBBSEducation LevelMajor/Field of StudyMedicine</div><div> </div><div>Experience/Background </div><ul><li>Minimum 2 years </li></ul>
