Manager Data Science

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>Abbott Healthcare is looking for an experienced data scientist with proven track record of solutioning and delivering AI/ML solutions. The candidate should conduct and manage analysis and modelling as well as communicate results to the senior stakeholders.</p><br /><p>

• Lead the design and development of advanced analytical and AI/ML solutions, transforming large data into meaningful business insights, as independent contributor or with junior team members</p><br /><p>
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business problems to frame the project outline; to leverage available data and systems to address the same</p><br /><p>
• Build and present strong narratives based on insights and impact to the senior stakeholders on regular basis</p><br /><p>
• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the solution quality.

Provide data and metrics compliant with the Business</p><br /><p>

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing support in developing their technical skills and career growth</p><br /><p><b>Skills:</b></p><p>
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills</p><p>
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions on AWS or Azure platform</p><p>
• Strong programming skills and expertise in using SQL and Python for Data Science</p><p>
• Hands-on experience in implementation of various statistical and machine learning algorithms as per the project requirement</p><p>
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment driving multiple projects simultaneously</p><p>
• Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><br /><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 6 years of demonstrated experience in developing and delivering AI/ML solutions</p>
