HR Technology – Workday Reporting and Analytics

The work will directly support Carrier&#39;s Human Resources Strategy in delivering actionable insights to HR and People Leaders.</span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000"> </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000"><b>Specific Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices and standards. This includes creating reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR decision-making.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Have hands on experience on WD Studio and integrations</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Determine Workday Analytics Suite solutions as questions/needs arise from Carrier’s HR business and COE (Center of Excellence) stakeholders.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Develop Prism solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Partner on HR Technology projects that have components of Workday reporting.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Develop and deliver training on Workday PRISM reporting functionality and other Workday Analytics tools, as needed.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Have good knowledge of business objects and should be able to identify along with reporting needs.</span></li></ul><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000"> </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000"><b>Required Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">8&#43; years of progressively responsible experience in data reporting and/or management.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Workday reporting and PRISM experience required.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Expertise with data architecture and business processes in a global organization.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Strong background in dashboards, data analytics, reporting and change management.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Building relationships and big-picture thinking, strong problem solving, and strategic communication skills with both business and technical teams.</span></li></ul><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000"> </span></p><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000"><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">A degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or related business area.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Working knowledge of other Workday Analytics tools such as Discovery Boards is strongly preferred.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Intermediate knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Experience with Atlassian products (Jira &amp; Confluence) or similar software.</span></li><li><span style="color:#000000">Experience with SmartSheet or similar project management software.</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis-2"><b><b>Carrier is An Equal <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WOR0">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Action Employer.
