Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, development, and lifecycle management of digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, customer empathy, and technical understanding to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value, adoption, and business growth. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with business product manager, engineering, UX, data science, support, sales, and leadership teams to define product vision and execute product initiatives from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Roadmap <ul><li>Define product vision, product development strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify customer stated needs and uncover underlying latent needs, translating them into opportunities that broaden the product's functional spectrum. </li></ul><ul><li>Participate and contribute to new product initiatives. </li></ul><ul><li>Own product portfolio planning and prioritization. </li></ul>Product Lifecycle Management <ul><li>Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. </li></ul><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Create and document product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead feature ideation from concept phase to curated product requirement. </li></ul><ul><li>Drive release planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communication. </li></ul>Customer & Market Engagement <ul><li>Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities. </li></ul><ul><li>Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements. </li></ul><ul><li>Support strategic customer engagements and product demonstrations. </li></ul>Cross-Functional Leadership <ul><li>Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, support, operations, and sales teams to deliver product outcomes. </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product planning activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Drive alignment across global teams and business units. </li></ul>Analytics & Product Performance <ul><li>Define and track product KPIs and success metrics. </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze product usage, adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes. </li></ul><ul><li>Use data-driven insights to improve product performance and customer experience. </li></ul>Go-to-Market Support <ul><li>Partner with marketing and sales teams for product launches. </li></ul><ul><li>Support training, documentation, and customer enablement activities. </li></ul>Innovation & Emerging Technologies <ul><li>Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, analytics, automation, IoT, and cloud platform opportunities. </li></ul><ul><li>Drive product innovation initiatives that improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency. </li></ul>Required Skills & Experience <ul><li>10-12 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Solution Management, or related roles. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Building Automation, Energy Management, Smart Buildings, IoT, HVAC, Data adaptors, Analytics, AI or Industrial Digital platform. </li></ul> <ul><li>Proven experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, IoT, analytics, AI, or digital platforms. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience defining product roadmaps, business requirements, and customer-centric solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with global cross-functional teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with APIs, integrations, data platforms, and digital ecosystems. </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, or automation platforms is highly desirable. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience in Building Automation, Energy Management, Smart Buildings, AI, IoT, analytics, HVAC, or Industrial Digital platforms. </li></ul><ul><li>MBA or master’s degree in digital product management or equivalent is preferred. </li></ul>One-Line Role Summary Lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery of innovative digital solutions that create measurable customer value and business growth.
