This position entails providing technical direction to the team, ensuring platform stability, and designing, developing, and documenting Schwab-specific requirements to deliver robust IGA solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with SailPoint, LDAP technologies, Core Java, and web services development, as well as expertise in managing non-production environments and collaborating across teams to establish a strong foundation for advanced IAM engineering solutions.​</span></p><h2 class="job-details-subheadline">What you have</h2><br/><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities </span></strong></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">​​Design and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing established product frameworks and Java technologies. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Lead team members, provide technical directions and manage work streams throughout the development lifecycle, from initial design through to production delivery. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Employ advanced AI prompting tools, including GitHub and Copilot. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Fulfill operational duties such as vulnerability management, system health assessments, log review, monitoring validation, and documentation updates. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Collaborate effectively with both offshore and onsite teams, demonstrating proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Required Experience</span></strong></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">8+ years’ experience in Identity Access & Governance domain. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Lead experience with developing tactical and strategic solutions. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Hands on experience in Java, J2EE, Python, Perl, or other programming languages </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Experience with multiple LDAP user repositories </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Hands on experience on AI Prompting & LLMs to leverage & Protect IAM solutions. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Develop CI/CD Automations for high environment deployments. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Hands on experience of Agile project management tools, such as Jira </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Hands on developer experience on SailPoint IIQ & ISC technologies. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Hands on experience on vulnerability management – apply patches, upgrades to various COTS IGA products. </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Certified SailPoint or relevant IGA product Developer</span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Preferred Experience</span></strong></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">8+ years’ experience in Information Security field, Information Technology field </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills </span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, both oral and written skills are required.</span></li></ul><br><div class=""><h2 class="job-details-subheadline">What’s in it for you </h2><p>At Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
