As a Zero Trust Operations Manager, you will lead incident response, troubleshoot complex access issues, and partner across teams to maintain and improve Zero Trust security platforms. You will help implement security changes, refine policies, and drive operational improvements that strengthen cyber resilience while balancing security, availability, and user experience. This role provides hands-on experience across networking, cloud, identity, automation, and Zero Trust technologies, with opportunities to influence strategy, enhance operations, and grow your career.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Serve as a frontline Zero Trust engineer, responding to incidents, service requests, and operational issues while restoring secure access and minimizing business impact. </li><li>Operate, maintain, and improve Zero Trust platforms by implementing policy changes, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, and supporting major incident response activities. </li><li>Partner across engineering, identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure solutions, drive operational improvements, and strengthen cyber resilience. </li><li>Leverage automation, AI, documentation, and continuous learning to improve efficiency, expand technical expertise, and enhance the overall security and user experience of Zero Trust services. </li></ul> Required Experience<ul><li>Knowledge & Experience </li><li>4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity </li><li>4-6 years of direct operational support experience with Zero Trust solutions (ZTNA, CASB, SWG, SASE, etc.) </li><li>Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, and cloud security knowledge & concepts </li><li>Automation experience desired (Python, scripts, Ansible, Salt, etc.) </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Demonstrable emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and self-regulation </li><li>Effective problem-solving and analytical skills </li><li>Resourceful, creative, innovative, results driven, collaborative, and adaptable </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities while working across multiple projects </li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development </li><li>Effective listener who engages with stakeholders to understand their requirements and infer practical solutions</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Hands-on experience administering or supporting Zscaler technologies, including ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, or ZDX</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy, Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable operational and observability platforms. </li><li>Experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, infrastructure-as-code, APIs, or other automation technologies. </li><li>Knowledge of attacker techniques, security control failure modes, threat-informed defense, and practical attack or validation tooling. </li><li>Cybersecurity certification such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC, CASP+, CISSP, or an equivalent credential. </li><li>Networking or cloud certification such as Network+, CCNA, CCNP, AWS, Azure, or an equivalent credential. </li><li>Experience supporting large enterprise environments with formal incident, problem, risk, and change-management requirements. </li></ul>Preferred certifications <ul><li style="margin-left: 22.5pt;">Security certifications (Security+, CASP+, GSEC, SSCP, CDPSE, GIAC/SANS, or equivalent) </li><li style="margin-left: 22.5pt;">Zero Trust vendor certifications </li><li style="margin-left: 22.5pt;">Network certifications (Network+, CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) </li></ul> <div class=""><h2 class="job-details-subheadline">What’s in it for you </h2>At Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
