We are looking for a senior engineer in Hyderabad to lead the technical support of these platforms during the India business day. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will own reliability for a set of applications, lead the response to complex incidents, guide other engineers, and work daily with US-based application owners and engineering teams. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Monitor critical batch schedules in Control-M; resolve failures, reruns, and data exceptions </span></li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Plan and run disaster recovery tests, patching, certificate renewals, and non-business-hours releases </span></li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Design and deliver automation for deployment, infrastructure, monitoring, and routine health checks </span></li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">Lead root cause analysis for recurring and systemic issues and drive durable fixes with engineering teams </span></li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;
