The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architecture. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications while working closely with senior engineers, architects, and product teams. The candidate should be passionate about continuous learning, software craftsmanship, modern development practices, AI-assisted development, and building distributed systems that are secure, reliable, and performant.</p><p><b>About the team: </b></p><p>Position Manager team is working on below daily activities</p><ul><li>Data import from Exchange and BO (Exercise, Assignment, Settlement, Market data, closeout, final position & spread)</li><li>Reconcile final positions, Exr/Asn’s between exchange & BO</li><li>Reconcile top day trades</li><li>Closeout the position at exchange</li><li>Position closeout, Client & Stock notifications</li></ul><p><b>What you will be doing:</b></p><ul><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Develop integrations using Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them to Kubernetes environments.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Monitor application health, logs, and performance in cloud environments.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using modern Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD, Okta, Key cloak, Auth0, or similar solutions.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Integrate applications with enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML protocols.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Ensure compliance with security best practices and enterprise standards.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Configure and manage API Gateway solutions.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Develop integrations with message brokers and MQ platforms.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Design and implement event-driven architectures using messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus, Amazon SQS/SNS, or similar platforms.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Build resilient and scalable asynchronous processing workflows.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Optimize APIs, database interactions, JVM settings, and system resource utilization.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Participate in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis.</span></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Implement observability, monitoring, and logging best practices.</span></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>What you will need:</b></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.</li></ul><ul><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Good to have Investment banking experience & Derivates markets experience.</span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Experience -
