We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient FEA Engineer to join our engineering team, specializing in design, simulation, validation, and certification of operator cabins for tractor and off-highway vehicle applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring operator safety, structural robustness, and compliance with international safety standards, directly influencing the reliability and market readiness of our products. As an Expert in Structural FEA Simulations, you will support machine platforms structures from concept through virtual validation. You will apply advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques using ANSYS to simulate real-world scenarios, optimize structural performance, and reduce development cycles through virtual validation. Your work will be instrumental in achieving global homologation and regulatory compliance. This is a cross-functional supporting role requiring close collaboration with product design, manufacturing, testing, and compliance teams. This role demands a holistic engineering mindset, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience in physical testing, data correlation, and design optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, testing, compliance, and product management to ensure that machine platform structures meet the highest standards of product reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
