<p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Indian sweets and desserts, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.</p></li><li><p>Support senior Halwais in preparing traditional Indian sweets, desserts, and other confectionery items.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.</p></li><li><p>Learn and apply basic Halwai techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the proper storage and labelling of ingredients, semi-prepared items, and finished products.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.</p></li><li><p>Help with kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient availability, and restock supplies as needed.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing traditional Indian sweets and desserts according to local tastes and preferences in Lucknow.</p></li><li><p>Participate in daily kitchen briefings and contribute ideas for improving sweet and dessert preparations.</p></li></ul>

<p>

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualifications</p><p>
• 2-4 year of experience in branded hotels and minimum 1 year experience in similar role.</p><p>
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.</p>

<p>2-3 Years of experience in hotel catering sales.</p>
