<ul><li><p>Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry operations.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.</p></li><li><p>Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.</p></li><li><p>Oversee inventory control, linen management, amenities, and housekeeping equipment.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&amp;B to ensure seamless guest experiences.</p></li><li><p>Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and productivity targets.</p></li><li><p>Train and engage team members on sustainable practices and environmental awareness.</p></li></ul>

<p>Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and Hotel Operations.</p><p>Proven experience implementing sustainability or environmental initiatives in hospitality.</p><p>Minimum <strong>1 Year&#xa0;</strong>of experience at the same level.</p>
