<ul><li>Conduct daily briefings, supervise and train staff in day-to-day laundry operations</li><li><p>Ensure guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing is completed according to department standards and procedures </p></li><li><p>Ensure all guest requests are promptly attended to </p></li><li><p>Records guests and staff laundry lists accurately </p></li><li><p>Post bills accurately and in a timely manner </p></li><li><p>Process all departmental paperwork </p></li><li><p>Check all laundry machinery to ensure that all filters are cleaned regularly and press covers are in good condition; report any machine defects to Engineering </p></li><li><p>Ensure that team members are using laundry equipment properly and keeping them in good condition </p></li><li><p>Keep a strict control and record of items sent for laundering by staff members  </p></li><li><p>Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performance  </p></li><li><p>Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures </p></li><li><p>Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management </p></li><li><p>Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times </p></li><li><p>Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management </p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships</p></li><li>Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests. <p> </p></li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Primary school education </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Good oral proficiency in English language </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage </p></li></ul>
