<p><strong>The Hoxton, Bengaluru City</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Guest Service Associate, F&amp;B Service (Order Taker)</strong> to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.</p><p>The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.&#xa0;</p><p>Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!&#xa0;</p><p>The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant &amp; bar. <p><strong>What you’ll do…</strong></p><ul><li>Simply put - you’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to their table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.</li><li>Work with the F&amp;B team in keeping things running smoothly.</li><li>Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.</li><li>Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests.</li><li>Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.</li></ul>
