<p><strong>The Hoxton, Bengaluru City</strong></p><p>We are looking for a charismatic &amp; experienced&#xa0;<strong>Banquet Executive</strong> with us at The Hoxton Bengaluru City.</p><p>The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.&#xa0;</p><p>Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!&#xa0;</p><p>The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant &amp; bar. <p><strong>What you’ll do…</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.</li><li>Coordinate banquet operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional service and smooth event execution.</li><li>Ensure all function rooms are set up to specification and maintained to the highest presentation standards.</li><li>Lead and support the banquet team, creating a positive, guest-focused environment.</li><li>Work closely with the Kitchen, Events and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless event delivery.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve operational issues with confidence and professionalism.</li><li>Monitor departmental costs, equipment and supplies while maintaining operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health &amp; safety standards at all times.</li><li>Support the training and development of team members, encouraging continuous improvement.</li></ul>
