<p><strong>The Hoxton, Bengaluru City</strong></p><p>We are looking for a passionate, energetic and service-focused <strong>Barista</strong> to join our team at The Hoxton Bengaluru City..</p><p>The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.&#xa0;</p><p>Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!&#xa0;</p><p>The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant &amp; bar. <p><strong>What you’ll do…</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, tea and specialty beverages to The Hoxton's quality and presentation standards.</li><li>Deliver a warm, friendly and memorable experience to every guest, building genuine connections through great service.</li><li>Maintain expert knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, milk texturing and beverage recipes.</li><li>Recommend beverages and food pairings while confidently upselling menu items and seasonal specials.</li><li>Ensure coffee machines, grinders and all barista equipment are cleaned, maintained and operating efficiently.</li><li>Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies, reporting replenishment requirements in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation within the coffee bar and service areas.</li><li>Handle cash and POS transactions accurately while following company procedures.</li><li>Work closely with the Kitchen and Food &amp; Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Stay up to date with coffee trends and continuously develop your product knowledge and craft.</li></ul>
