<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities </u></strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Assist the Engineering Supervisor &amp; Assistant Engineer in maintenance and care of all the equipment.</li><li>Maintain quality of work in order to meet the standards.</li><li>To control and check all the equipment.</li><li>Ensure to work according to the policies and procedures of the hotel.</li><li>Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment’s properly.</li><li>Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport should be brought to the attention of the Management.</li><li>To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Engineering Planning</u></strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Assist the Chief Engineer to identify the major facilities and equipment requirements for the department and the property.</li><li>Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments &amp; stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance &amp; safety of equipment.<p><strong><u>Operational Management</u></strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p></li><li>Maintain all the equipment as per the specified standards.</li><li>Maintain all tools and equipment as required.</li><li>Assist other departmental personnel as necessary.</li><li>Ensure to complete all the tasks assigned in an effective and efficient manner.</li><li>Ensure to practice Safety in all aspects of the job.</li></ul>

<p><strong><u>Knowledge and Experience</u></strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>ITI in HVAC/Fitter</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility management or Hotels</li><li>Good reading and oral proficiency in English language</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li>Good communication and customer contact skills</li><li>Service oriented with an eye for details</li><li>Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team</li><li>Self-motivated and energetic</li><li>Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times</li></ul>
