<p>Job Summary</p><p>The Pool Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests using the swimming pool facilities. The role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing pool safety rules, responding promptly to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and safe pool environment in accordance with hotel standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure guest safety at all times.</p></li><li><p>Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid and CPR when required, subject to appropriate training and certification.</p></li><li><p>Maintain constant vigilance over guests, especially children and inexperienced swimmers.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that lifesaving equipment is available, accessible, and in good working condition.</p></li><li><p>Check poolside areas for hazards, slippery surfaces, and unsafe conditions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor pool water conditions and report any concerns to the concerned department.</p></li><li><p>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the swimming pool in coordination with the Housekeeping and Engineering teams.</p></li><li><p>Assist guests with pool-related queries and provide courteous, professional service.</p></li><li><p>Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns to the concerned supervisor immediately.</p></li><li><p>Maintain records of pool inspections, incidents, and other required safety checks.</p></li><li><p>Follow hotel policies, emergency procedures, and occupational health and safety standards.</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Valid lifeguard certification is preferred or required as per applicable standards.</p></li></ul>
