<ul><li>Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Engineering Department.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other hotel systems.</li><li>Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Lead, guide, and train engineering team members.</li><li>Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and operational issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, statutory requirements, and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Monitor energy and water consumption and implement conservation measures.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requirements and guest-related concerns.</li><li>Manage engineering contractors, vendors, and service providers.</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and inspections.</li><li>Monitor engineering-related expenses and support effective cost control.</li><li>Assist in renovation, refurbishment, and new engineering projects.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and identify potential maintenance issues.</li><li>Ensure proper inventory and availability of engineering tools, equipment, and spare parts.</li><li>Promote a safe working environment and ensure the team follows all safety procedures.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.</li><li>Relevant experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Good leadership and team-management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintenance-management systems.</li></ul>
