<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:</p><ul><li>Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers, ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and legal requirements including the Data Protection Act and Health and Safety at Work Act</li><li>Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours as needed, taking the lead during incidents and ensuring effective management and escalation of emergencies</li><li>Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations effectively&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure effective execution of duties such as patrols, CCTV monitoring and emergency response</li><li>Immediately inform emergency services during major incidents, contact relevant managements representatives, and take necessary actions per assignment instructions&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate daily post rotations, including task assignments and breaks.
