<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities </u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.</li><li>Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination &amp; co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Airport to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.</li><li>Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.</li><li>Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport should be brought to the attention of the Management.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Food &amp; Beverage Planning</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Asst. Food &amp; Beverage Service Manager to plan &amp; execute the operations of the assigned outlet.</li><li>Ensure that the company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas of the assigned outlet.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Operational Management</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Asst. Food &amp; Beverage Manager in sales promotion by organizing events and food festivals for the assigned outlet.</li><li>Ensure to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety in all areas of the assigned outlet.</li><li>Supervise and control the assigned outlet within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of the law.</li><li>Ensure and maintain high standards of service delivery, safety, security, discipline and compliance with the organization’s policy.</li><li>Ensure that the team adheres to the company's uniform and hygiene standards.</li><li>Ensure that quality is maintained in all aspects of the work and as per the standards.</li><li>Ensure to continuously delight the customers by offering trend setting and innovative products and services.</li><li>Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by Management.</li></ul>

<p><strong><u>Knowledge and Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>Secondary / High school education / Hotel Management Degree</li><li>Additional certification(s) in Food &amp; Beverage will be an advantage</li><li>Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language</li><li>Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage</li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, &amp; PowerPoint</li></ul><p><strong><u>Competencies</u></strong></p><ul><li>Good communication and customer contact skills</li><li>Service oriented with an eye for details</li><li>Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team</li><li>Self-motivated and energetic</li><li>Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times</li></ul>
