We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Outlet to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our outlet while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented leader who is passionate about retail operations and committed to developing talent while achieving ambitious business goals.<ul><li>Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to build a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews</li><li>Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and implementation of effective promotional campaigns</li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization</li><li>Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium customer environment</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and transparency</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives, strategic objectives, and organizational goals</li><li>Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial accuracy while maintaining compliance with financial protocols</li><li>Maintain and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency</li></ul>
