<p>We are seeking an exceptional Raffles Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Udaipur, India. As a Raffles Butler, you will be the cornerstone of our personalized guest service experience, delivering unparalleled hospitality and attention to detail that defines the Raffles brand. This role requires a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual who excels in anticipating guest needs and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.</p><ul><li>Provide personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and discretion throughout their stay</li><li>Manage suite operations, including room maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and amenity replenishment to the highest standards</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special requirements with efficiency and grace</li><li>Coordinate seamlessly with hotel departments including housekeeping, concierge, dining, and maintenance to deliver exceptional service</li><li>Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions and room presentations</li><li>Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding guest information and preferences</li><li>Assist with special arrangements, including dining reservations, transportation, and customized experiences</li><li>Demonstrate extensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience</li><li>Maintain impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor at all times</li><li>Contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a butler, senior room attendant, or in a comparable luxury hospitality service role</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of luxury service standards, protocols, and best practices</li><li>Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure</li><li>Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and commitment to guest confidentiality</li><li>Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable</li><li>Proficiency in hotel management systems and technology platforms</li><li>Experience in fine dining service, beverage knowledge, and table etiquette</li><li>Certification or formal training in hospitality service or butler services (preferred)</li><li>Experience working in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality establishments (preferred)</li><li>Multilingual capabilities in European or Asian languages (preferred)</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism</li></ul>
