General Maintenance Technician

<ul><li>Assist the Duty Engineer in the day to day activities of the operations and maintenance / repair of all engineering related plants, equipment, building services, general installations work carried out by the Engineering Department.</li><li>Ensure to maintain quality of work in order to meet the prescribed standards</li><li>Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment as per the standards.</li><li>Perform work required for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems for the property.</li><li>To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.</li><li>Ensure to possess a thorough knowledge of electrical system of the property, the circuits, present loads and possible limits of new loads and adhere to the set standards</li></ul>

<ul><li>1 to 2 years of prior experience.</li><li>Diploma / Relevant degree.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities</li><li>Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.</li><li>Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.&#xa0;</li><li>Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset</li></ul>
