Associate/Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

<ul><li>Developing and implementing revenue strategies, including in-game sales, promotions and pricing strategies</li><li>Regularly report, monitor and analyze key revenue metrics</li><li>Design revenue forecasts and drive revenue performance to achieve business targets</li><li>Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities</li><li>Conceptualize and execute new revenue events to boost revenue metrics</li><li>Execute revenue plans effectively through collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams</li><li>Gather comprehensive feedback from local users and develop a strong understanding of their needs and preferences</li></ul> <h2>Job Requirements</h2> <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue forecasting and management or equivalent, preferably from gaming industry</li><li>Proficient in analyzing large datasets and extracting key insights to build revenue strategies</li><li>Solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple revenue-related projects effectively</li><li>Fluent in one of the local language in India, preferably Hindi, to effectively engage with local players</li><li>Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem</li></ul>
