This role will support reporting transformation initiatives while delivering critical financial and operational insights to leadership. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial, labor, proposal, and operational reports. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through technology-enabled solutions. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Support forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Partner with FP&amp;A teams and business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytical solutions. </li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting integrity. </li></ul></div><div> </div></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">Basic Job Requirements</h2> </div><div><p>

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study</p><p>
• 4-6 years of experience in FP&amp;A, finance analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.</p><p>
• Strong FP&amp;A foundation with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.</p><p>
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling and dashboard development.</p><p>
• Strong Excel, Power Query, and data analysis skills.</p><p>
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.</p><p>
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.</p><p>
