Our GEC is made up of more than 3,000 talented individuals working in offices across Romania, India and Philippines, providing Capability, Capacity and a Competitive Advantage across a wide array of unique projects and services, in collaboration with our global businesses.</p> <p>The MEPF Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) in the GECs is comprised of cross-functional teams, that contribute to the development of innovative MEPF solutions that optimize energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort. Our ability to effectively manage projects, assess client needs, and provide technical guidance is crucial in delivering successful outcomes, using the most innovative way of doing computational design. </p> <p style="margin-left:0in"><b>Role accountabilities:</b></p> <ul> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Develop MEPF designs for industrial and process facilities. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Design HVAC, plumbing, drainage and utility systems. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Design lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and security systems. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Create 2D/3D models, layouts, schematics and technical drawings. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Prepare calculations, reports and engineering documentation. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Use AutoCAD, Revit and other design software. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Ensure compliance with client requirements, codes and industry standards. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Deliver projects within agreed quality, budget and schedule. </div></li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:0in"><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p> <ul> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Services Engineering. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Minimum 3 years of experience in MEPF design. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Experience with industrial/process, semiconductor or manufacturing projects. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Knowledge of ASME, ASHRAE and/or local design standards. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Intermediate English skills. </div></li> <li> <div style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Revit, Design Builder, Plant 3D or similar software knowledge is a plus. </div></li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:0in">Why Arcadis?</p> <p style="margin-left:0in">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
