Define, implement, and maintain accurate conversion tracking across all websites, working with the WordPress Developer and Google Tag Manager.
Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports showing performance against targets.
Analyse user behaviour and journeys to identify what is working, what is not, and why.
Support the CRO Lead by designing measurement for tests and analysing results.
Track organic performance and content impact to support the SEO and content teams.
Audit analytics and tag setups regularly to maintain accurate and consistent data.
