Design & Sales Specialist

<span class="jobdescription"><p>Job Description: Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or any other related degree in furniture design. The candidate must have completed overall 15 years of education. Other Key Requirements:

• Comfortable working on weekends and good knowledge of Auto CAD or Dezigno software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Client facing experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in that state.

The base location can be changed within that state where the candidate is placed initially. Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Responsible for Kitchen and Wardrobe design for the client at the store
• Supporting the store manager/dealer to drive sales from the store.

Achieving monthly sales target for the store.

• Responsible for handling customer walk-ins and understand their needs
• Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation
• Design using software to the satisfaction of the client
• Managing existing customers – order updates, follow up on site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback etc
• Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams
• Required to do follow-ups post sales
• Maintaining database of &amp; follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region
• Required to report sales and order booking data to manager regularly</p>
