<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Job Purpose<br>We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Executive to plan programming at Nilaya Anthology.<br>Apart from planning ,also execute high-end events that showcase Anthology’s collections.<br>The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for curating premium experiences</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>Plan, coordinate, and execute luxury brand events, exhibitions, and collaborations.<br>Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experiences.<br>Develop engaging event concepts aligned with Anthology’s brand identity.<br>Drive event marketing and outreach to attract HNI clientele and designers.<br>Build &amp; maintain relationship with potential clients to generate revenue &amp; contribute to business development.<br>Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure flawless event execution.<br>Support day-to-day administrative requirements related to marketing campaigns and programming events including vendor onboarding and tracking POs, invoices and payments.<br>Coordinate travel, hotel bookings and local transport for artists, speakers, consultants, guests and invitees.</p></div></div></div> </span>
