<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Job Title : Executive – QA <br>Department : Quality Assurance <br>Grade: Executive N</p> <p>KPI:</p> <p> Able to handle the modern analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, FTIR, <br> Particle Size analyzer, pH meters and Melting point testing <br> Have good knowledge about raw materials roles.<br> Daily inspection and testing of Raw materials and intermediates<br> Management of rejection of raw material if any<br> Trouble shooting for equipment’s<br> Job specific training to temporary workman’s and apprentices <br> Preparation of Quality records and month end performance reports<br> Conduct Tool Box Talk with team to ensure safety in the section<br> Ensure safety rounds daily. Note the abnormalities and ensure that they are corrected<br> Coordinate with other sections in case of any issues<br> Ensure proper machine and shop floor hygiene<br> Raise Breakdown Notifications if any in Maintain/SAP<br> Update relevant Environmental/Quality records in the shift<br> Carry out all required transactions and process records in SAP<br> Plan for availability of consumables, raise requisition for consumables from Stores, monitor the Stocks Levels in <br> the section <br> Carry Out stock taking as per the requirements<br> Ensure Machine Availability for Preventive Maintenance / Calibration<br> Reuse paint/emulsion wherever applicable as per the requirements<br> Do online Cost Centre Postings of waste declared in SAP<br> Ensure compliance to WI / SOPs and strict adherence to 100% PPE usage<br> Ensure compliance to QMS/EMS and SMS requirements and maintain necessary documented information<br> Update Senior Officer on the progress of the work in the shift and other issues within the section<br> Generating month end standardization MIS reports for water-based paints and emulsions<br> Date analysis for improvement opportunities/initiatives, monthly sectional reviews<br> Do AIG analysis, trend analysis, RM addition accuracy analysis, Manufacturing efficiency analysis<br> Raise SFI and DCR wherever applicable<br> Conduct process assurance audit across sections<br> Microbial analysis of Raw material, production equipment’s and finished goods.<br> Calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments <br> Process water testing.<br> Hygiene maintenance of production and packing section<br> Hygiene maintenance of Microbila vulnerable Raw material storage tanks.<br> Hygiene maintenance of microbiology lab.<br> Instrument analysis. Eg: GC, FTNIR, HPLC etc</p></div></div></div> </span>
