JOBVERIFY EDITORIAL STANDARDS

Corrections and source discrepancies

Help us keep a clear distinction between employer statements and Jobverify's interpretation.

Send enough evidence to investigate

Include the Jobverify page URL, the employer source URL or requisition ID, the wording you believe is wrong, and the current source wording. Please omit your CV, identity documents, passwords and application account details.

Open our public contact channels

Signed-in members can also use the suggestion form on the contact page. Reading, applying and contacting the listed public channels does not require a Jobverify account.

How changes are handled

An administrator can hide or expire a listing while investigating a conflicting source. We preserve the original observation rather than replacing an old count with today's inventory. A source change after publication is different from an error in the original observation.

What we can resolve

We can investigate the information displayed by Jobverify and its collection or classification. The employer controls application eligibility, interview decisions, salaries and recruitment timelines. When a posting is ambiguous, we describe the uncertainty instead of claiming an answer from the employer.
