organization and play a critical role in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Broadridge’s FP&A Connected Planning application. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping build and scale Broadridge’s growing Anaplan team. Job RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of complex Anaplan models across multiple business functions. Own end-to-end solution architecture, including data flows, calculations, security, and reporting. Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable Anaplan solutions. Drive model optimization, performance tuning, and adherence to Anaplan best practices. Lead requirements workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders. Review deliverables from other model builders to ensure quality, consistency, and design integrity. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing. Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and production issue resolution. Maintain documentation, governance standards, and solution controls across the Anaplan landscape. Partner with program and business leaders to prioritize enhancements and manage delivery timelines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 5 - 8 years of experience in Anaplan or enterprise planning solution delivery. Anaplan Certified Model Builder with 3 to 5 end-to-end Anaplan Agile implementation projects. Strong hands-on experience with advanced Anaplan model building, design patterns, optimization, and troubleshooting. Proven ability to lead solution design and deliver complex, multi-dimensional planning models. Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and translating strategic needs into technical solutions. Strong understanding of financial planning, operational planning, forecasting, and reporting. Ability to mentor team members and provide technical leadership. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, AWS, Snowflake, and/or Power BI is a plus.
