Requirements) BA/BS with 12+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 7+ years of relevant experience Solid understanding of strategic sourcing strategies Deep knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to hiring practices Proficiency in various analytic tools Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Proficiency in using Workday or other applicant tracking systems Strong background in recruiting, including direct sourcing and/or experience with recruitment agencies Ability to manage high-volume recruitment for complex scientific roles Experience working with Excel, Power Point, and social media/networking sites Strong organizational and time management skills Strong relationship management skills Ability to mentor and guide other colleagues Experience in managing university recruitment strategies and programs Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as Chat GPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
