Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) Bachelors Degree with at least 15 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 12 years of experience or Ph D or associate's degree with at least 10 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and HR leaders effectively Strong understanding of federal and state laws and regulations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Substantial experience with various analytic tools Proven track record of implementing successful strategic sourcing strategies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience Prior experience with applicant tracking systems Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated teamwork and strong interpersonal skills Effective conflict management skills Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as Chat GPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
