As a Full Stack AI Engineer , you will build end-to-end AI-powered applications that combine intuitive user experiences with scalable backend services and modern AI capabilities. You will work across the complete technology stack—from frontend interfaces and APIs to AI orchestration, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud deployment. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building AI-first products rather than simply consuming AI APIs. What You'll Do Build AI Products Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications from concept to production Build intelligent assistants, copilots, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using enterprise knowledge sources Implement multi-agent workflows and autonomous reasoning systems Full Stack Development Develop modern web applications using React, Angular or Next.js Build scalable backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js Design secure REST and GraphQL APIs Develop cloud-native microservices AI Engineering Integrate commercial and open-source foundation models Build prompt engineering frameworks Develop evaluation pipelines for AI quality and safety Implement vector search and semantic retrieval Optimize AI applications for latency, cost, and accuracy Platform Engineering Deploy applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes Build CI/CD pipelines Implement observability, monitoring, and performance tuning Innovation Rapidly prototype new ideas Evaluate emerging AI technologies Contribute to internal reusable AI platforms Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to identify high-value AI use cases Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field 8-12 years of software engineering experience 2+ years building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems Technical Skills Programming Python Java or Node.js JavaScript / TypeScript Frontend React Next.js Angular HTML5 CSS Tailwind Backend FastAPI Spring Boot Express.js REST APIs GraphQL AI Technologies OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic Claude Gemini Llama Mistral Hands-on experience with: Prompt Engineering RAG AI Agents Function Calling Structured Outputs Model Evaluation Guardrails Vector Databases Embeddings AI Frameworks Experience with one or more: LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel AutoGen CrewAI Google ADK Databases PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis Pinecone Azure AI Search Weaviate Milvus Cloud & DevOps AWS Docker Kubernetes GitHub Actions Terraform Nice to Have Experience with: MCP (Model Context Protocol) AI observability Knowledge Graphs Multi-modal AI Fine-tuning Synthetic data generation Financial services or Capital Markets We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
