Lead Analyst, IT Service Delivery

Service Delivery Functional Lead for Manufacturing SAP will support platform management activities serving as a partnered liaison between the business, IT Basis, IT Security and IT Functional Teams. This role is responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships across our IT and business teams bringing SAP ECC functional expertise. What you will do: Ensure excellence in process execution across all operational processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, configuration, etc.) related to the service. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to mature operations and increase visibility into service performance. Advises business on available standards, methods, tools and application relevant to area of service and can make appropriate choices for alternatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business teams Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business demand and the delivery of solutions. Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams What you will need: Bachelor’s or master's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, preferred. 7-10 years of experience in the field of IT and Manufacturing with SAP. Expertise in FICO, PP, MM, WM, PPQM. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to lead on and off-shore technical teams. Works effectively with cross-departmental teams and facilitate discussions across the team to derive solutions. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
