Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React JS, Node JS, Java Script, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and No SQL databases. The role will focus on building and maintaining high-performance enterprise web applications across both front-end and backend layers. The successful candidate will develop responsive user interfaces, scalable backend services, REST APIs, and efficient data solutions. The role will contribute to application performance, build and deployment automation, debugging, monitoring, testing, production support, and Agile delivery practices. Software Requirements Required React JS: 5+ years of experience developing responsive web applications and reusable UI components. Node JS: 5+ years of experience developing backend services and REST APIs. Java Script and Type Script: 5+ years of hands-on development experience. HTML and CSS: 5+ years of experience creating responsive and accessible web interfaces. No SQL databases: 5+ years of experience with data storage, retrieval, and efficient data management. React concepts: Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, reusability, and maintainable UI design. Data Structures: Knowledge of data structures and their practical application in software development. Performance engineering: Hands-on experience with performance tuning, bottleneck identification, debugging, monitoring, and optimization. Build automation and CI/CD: Experience automating build, test, and deployment processes. Testing and code quality: Experience participating in code reviews, application testing, defect resolution, and production support. Agile delivery: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an iterative software development environment. Preferred Experience supporting Banking or Retail domain applications. Overall Responsibilities Develop scalable and responsive enterprise web applications using React JS and Node JS. Build reusable, testable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components using React and Type Script. Design, develop, integrate, and maintain REST APIs and backend services. Apply Java Script, Type Script, HTML, and CSS to deliver functional and responsive application features. Work with No SQL databases and implement efficient data storage, retrieval, and management practices. Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing system behavior, and implementing improvements. Debug application issues across front-end, backend, integration, and data layers. Monitor application performance and support timely investigation and resolution of production issues. Architect and automate build, testing, and deployment processes. Contribute to CI/CD implementation and improvements to delivery reliability. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered. 5+ years of professional experience with React JS, Node JS, Java Script, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and No SQL databases. Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, build automation, CI/CD, testing, and production support. Relevant certifications in web development, Java Script/Type Script, cloud technologies, Dev Ops, or Agile delivery are preferred but not mandatory. Maintain continuous professional development in full-stack engineering, React JS, Node JS, Type Script, No SQL technologies, performance optimization, CI/CD, security, and modern web development practices.
