requirements. • Manages cross-functional project teams comprised of business and technical team members. • Plays a consultative role to help put in place the right people, processes and tools to enable effective project management and success. • Manages projects with complex business and technical challenges. • Determines and coordinates sharing of leveraged resources among projects. • Defines, implements and consults on project management standards and processes for relevant teams or projects.
