Senior ServiceNow Developer

requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical designs. Support platform transition and transformation activities, including knowledge transfer, process improvements, and service onboarding. Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft technologies, and third-party platforms. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, and maintain platform governance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, providing L3 technical support and root cause analysis. Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and regression testing activities. Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Mentor junior engineers and support team capability development through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. Work closely with customer stakeholders, transition teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. Ensure system security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices. #LI-ND1 You will be successful in this role if you have: 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development and administration experience. Strong experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customizations. Experience supporting enterprise-scale Service Now implementations and transitions. Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Now best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
