Responsibilities New service/support ticket management on the COE SW subdomains Incident ticket management Change ticket Management Underderstand CI-CDJenkins build/test and different pipeline stages and Valeo GenFramwork and provide support to various software projects as per guidance Understanding the CoreALM, ALM NG and SIE application and provide support to user requests. Always meet customer service within the defined SLA and thereby meet KPIs Ready to work in 24/7 support Key Competences (Transversal/Professional) Understanding of CI/CD tools chain (Jenkins, github, gerrit, gcc,nexus, Artifactory, TeamForge, Codebeamer, Klockwork, Blackduck,...) Understanding of operating system administration (Windows, Linux) is a must Knowledge on CoreALM(Teamforge/ codebeamer) Knowledge of Static analysis tools like Klocworks/coverity etc Knowledge of Vulnerability scan tools like Blacduck etc Knowledge of software release management/exchange Knowledge of Docker is a plus Knowledge on Cloud Technologies (AWS) is a plus Working experience with Ticketing systems (like Jira) is must Job: R&D IS Engineer Organization: R&D DSIS Delivery Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2026-09-18 Join Us !
