Leading cloud teams, mentoring senior engineers, shaping culture, and steering architectural decisions. Driving continuous improvement and managing change, especially amidst emerging technologies like AI or Dev Ops practices. Bridging technical and business domains, managing vendor relations, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
