Collected role description

Safety supervisor: Holds PDIS and ADIS certifications. Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements and client safety procedures. Implement project safety requirements as per applicable client requirements. Conduct HIRA, JSA for field activities and conduct safety induction and regular toolbox talks for field teams. Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices at site. Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken. Maintain safety records and documentation required for project and client audits. Support incident / near-miss reporting and investigation. Conduct regular site safety inspections and support client safety audits. Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of field activities. Conduct site visits and monitor compliance with approved safety procedures. Coordinate with client/site safety representatives on safety-related requirements. Location: North India
