Designation: Manager, Finance & AccountsOffice Location: Gurgaon Role Overview: The ideal candidate must be a qualified CA accountable for the end-to-end management of India Business Finance which includes Banking operations, month-end close, optimizing investment returns, and streamlining the accounts payable ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Controller<ul><li>Month-end: Responsible for timely monthly book closure, including all the accruals, OPEX, and related processes.</li><li>Technical Accounting: Act as the central point of contact (POC) to assist all complex accounting matters and provide guidance to the team .</li><li>Disbursement Oversight: Lead the end-to-end payment process for OPEX, employee reimbursements, and utility payments, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to TAT.</li><li>International Payments: Oversee cross-border transactions, managing FEMA regulations, Form A2 filings, and other compliance requirements.</li></ul>2. Banking & Fund Management<ul><li>Liquidity Forecasting: Manage daily cash positioning and develop short-to-medium term cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.</li><li>Investment Strategy: Identify and evaluate investment avenues (Mutual Funds, FDs) to maximize returns on surplus funds while adhering to the company’s risk policy.</li></ul>3. Strategic Procurement & Vendor Partnership<ul><li>Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with the internal teams to negotiate favorable credit terms and payment cycles with key suppliers to improve the Working Capital cycle.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Department Heads & their teams to streamline the vendor onboarding process, ensuring proper KYC and tax documentation.</li><li>Process Improvement: Resolve complex vendor escalations and bridge communication gaps between the finance function, internal teams and external partners.</li></ul>4. Audit & Control<ul><li>Lead the AP and Treasury segments during statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring "zero-observation" reports.</li></ul> Candidate Profile:Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or AP Management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Advanced Excel skills.
