We're looking for a mid-level QA Manual Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities - Analyze requirements and prepare comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. - Execute manual tests on web, mobile, or desktop applications across multiple environments. - Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) - Perform regression, functional, smoke, and system testing. - Work closely with developers to understand the system and resolve issues - Validate bug fixes and coordinate re-testing with the development team. - Prepare test reports and communicate test results and progress. - Contribute to improving the QA process and suggest enhancements to testing practices. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in manual software testing. - Strong understanding of SDLC processes. - Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test documentation. - Proficiency with bug tracking tools - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field - 4-5 years of experience in Manual Testing & QA processes - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test case design & defect life cycle - Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Zephyr etc. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with good communication skills How to Apply - Ready to take the next step in your career?
