SM Level 1 Salesforce Engineering Manager with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure/manage stable operations and implement build new capabilities. Responsible for end-to-end engineering governance and multi-track delivery across a strategic customer account. This role ensures predictable delivery, stakeholder alignment, production stability, team performance, and business growth while operating in a multi-vendor, service-based environment.
