Senior Engineer - Data Engineering, with Software Development domain having 5.0-8.0 experience in SQL, demonstrating advanced skills in writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and performing data manipulation and extraction. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling, enabling the design and implementation of data flows for diverse analytics purposes. Familiarity with ETL processes is essential, showcasing the ability to develop and maintain data pipelines that ensure data accuracy and availability for analytics and reporting needs. Candidates are expected to understand various ETL tools and frameworks, integrating data from multiple sources to enhance the efficiency of data operations. A Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Data Science or Data Engineering, or a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, with certifications such as Certified Data Professional (CDP) and AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty being preferred. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, alongside a strong understanding of Data Engineering principles and best practices, is good to have.
